Every picture on this page is of hamantaschen that I made during last year's workshop.
We'll make two doughs: a delicious, delicate shortbread-type for the sweet ones and a flaky, buttery crust for the savory ones. And for fillings we'll do a homemade apricot and a feta & herb. But if those are not your cup of tea, don't worry! I'll explain how to change out the ingredients so you can make many variations with your favorite flavors. I include lots of recipes, delicious combinations and suggestions for both sweet & savory fillings in the ebook.
